1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ck544 website accessible at https://ck544.io, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services made available through that domain.
• "ck544", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ck544 reserves the right to request identity documentation verifying your date of birth at any time, including at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ck544 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than as permitted under applicable local law.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform:

• Persons under the age of 21;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or directors of ck544 or any affiliated entity;
• Immediate family members of the persons described above;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform via the self-exclusion tool;
• Persons who have been excluded by ck544 for violation of these Terms or any other platform policy.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must create an Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or thereafter.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck544 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit documentary evidence verifying your identity, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered address in Bangladesh. ck544 may withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of ck544's compliance team.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your name, address, contact number, or payment method details must be reported to ck544 support promptly. ck544 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

ck544 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and applies security measures including new-device SMS verification to help protect your Account. However, ck544 cannot guarantee the security of your Account if you share your credentials or fail to maintain reasonable security precautions on your own device.

You must notify ck544 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, if your credentials have been compromised, or if you notice any Transaction you do not recognise. ck544 will investigate and take appropriate action, but accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account access that arises from your failure to maintain adequate security or to report a breach promptly.

6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck544 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of a deposit or withdrawal.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount via local mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and card methods may differ and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective institution. ck544 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network outages, or banking holidays.

6.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a third party for onward betting activity, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6.5 No Fees on Local Wallets

ck544 does not charge any fees for deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party transaction fees imposed by the payment provider itself, if any, are outside ck544's control and are the responsibility of the User.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by a User whose Account has been fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements set out in Section 4.2. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC verification will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the technical capabilities of the relevant payment provider. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering control and applies uniformly to all Users regardless of circumstance.

7.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval by ck544's payments team. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution. ck544 targets sub-30-minute processing for all mobile wallet withdrawals, including on public holidays in Bangladesh.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. ck544 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification for withdrawals above certain thresholds and to process large withdrawals in instalments where required by internal risk controls.

7.5 Wagering of Deposited Funds

ck544 reserves the right to require that deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed, as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control. This requirement applies to Real Money Funds and does not constitute a bonus wagering requirement. Details are displayed in the cashier where applicable.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

ck544 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where relevant) are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds from your Account.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

ck544 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other Users to abuse referral or multi-account promotions; and exploiting technical errors to claim bonuses not intended for you.

8.4 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date and time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bonus Funds that have not been used or that have not met their wagering requirements by the expiry date and time will be automatically forfeited. ck544 does not reinstate expired bonuses.

8.5 Promotion Modifications

ck544 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Users in respect of bonuses already credited to their Accounts.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. ck544 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 9.3 below.

9.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. ck544 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time, including before or during a sporting event, for reasons of risk management, data integrity, or compliance. In-play betting markets are governed by real-time event data and may be suspended or settled as required by event circumstances.

9.3 Void Bets and Errors

ck544 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, a data feed error, or a human input error, and to refund the stake to the relevant Account. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently cancelled due to event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement will be voided and the stake returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per market, per day, and per event category. These limits are displayed in the relevant section of the Platform and in the specific game or market rules. ck544 reserves the right to reduce maximum winnings where a bet is identified as having been placed in connection with irregular market activity or in breach of these Terms.

9.5 Game Results

The results of all casino games on the Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by ck544's licensed game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. ck544 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. Where a technical malfunction interrupts a game in progress, ck544's resolution policy — which is to return the stake to the Account where a result cannot be verified — will apply.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of Account registration or ongoing use;
• Operating more than one Account, whether personally or in concert with others;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform;

• Depositing, transferring, or wagering funds derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, or verification process on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck544 staff, customer support agents, or other Users in any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ck544 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck544 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ck544.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck544 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, or losses arising from reliance on Platform content.

ck544's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of the net deposits you made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck544 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ck544 reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or emergency technical interventions, and will use reasonable endeavours to notify Users in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ck544's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data

ck544 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ck544 uses your personal data for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. ck544 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 15 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and ck544 arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact ck544's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

ck544 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint or dispute raised through its support channels within 14 calendar days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, ck544 may propose an alternative dispute resolution process, the details of which will be communicated to the User at the relevant time.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their legitimate interests.
